MAYA ANIMATION WORKSHOP

Get introduced to one of the most comprehensive 3D software packages, which is used for creating high-end animation and visual effects for films, television commercials, and games. The course introduces beginning or basic users of CG to the world of Autodesk Maya. The class is conducted to acquaint you with the interface, controls, modeling, animation, lighting, rendering and other graphic toolsets with the latest version of the software.

Upon completion of thsi course, you wll take home a simple animation created during class.

BEGINNING UNITY 3D LEVEL DESIGN


This class introduces you to the powerful Unity3D game engine, which has been used to create countless games on all major systems and devices. Learn more about the Unity user interface and begin to create a simple game level from scratch. You will also learn to apply textures, lights and import assets from other 3D softwares into Unity3D.

Upon completion of this course you will add first person game controllers to your game and play the worlds you created.

Explore open drawing sessions with a costumed themed model. Bring your favorite medium and we will provide art horses, easels and tables. Seating is limited so please reserve today.

Get together and create games in one day! Learn about the game industry, meet industry guests and have fun planning, designing, and creating games in eight hours. Learn from game creatives about programming, game design, game art and other game development-related fields. Afterwards, relax and enjoy a screening of "Indie Game the Movie."
