Two separate scholarships were established in memory of Kile Morgan, Sr. and Donna Wilcox Morgan by their family. Each scholarship is for $3,000 per year per recipient. Student applicants must demonstrate a financial need, be accepted to a 4-year college and have an interest in community service.

are seeking volunteers for our BIG Mariachi Festival and Competition on
Sunday, MARCH 13TH AT PEPPER PARK. ADULT (21+) VOLUNTEERS MAY GAIN
ADMISSION TO OUR VIP PATIO WITH ACCESS TO FOOD, DRINKS, AND PHOTO OPPS WITH
SOME OF THE PERFORMING ARTISTS. MORE SO, we would greatly appreciate your
support to help make this event run smoothly and professionally so that
National City Shines – and so do you! Plus, you get to hang out with all
of us the whole day and experience the festival from behind the scenes.
