Be Well Red Devils Wellness Newsletter (September 2022)

 Greetings Red Devils,

The counseling department has decided to take a slightly different approach this year when it comes to sharing health and wellness information. In years past the SUHi community received a weekly Wellness Wednesday message that was sent to all students, parents and staff. This year the counseling department will instead send out a monthly newsletter that will contain an array of information, resources, links, pictures, advice, etc. that is all related to health and wellness.

Even though, our new Be Well Red Devils Newsletter will come from our counseling department, we are always open to collaborating with any group on campus who would like to contribute a wellness message, resource, or idea to the newsletter.

If you have a questions or would like to provide feedback in regard to our wellness newsletter, please feel free to email me at

Be Well Red Devils!

Credit Recovery - Fall 2022

If you have earned a “D” or “F” in one of your core classes, you have the opportunity for credit recovery this semester.

“F” grades do not earn credits for graduation.

“D” and “F” grades do not allow for completion of A-G admissions requirements for the University of California (UC) and California State University (CSU) systems.

Please complete this application if you would like to take credit recovery this semester:

First come, will be first served so there are no guarantees on securing a credit recovery course.

Students will receive an email with details on dates, times, and location of their credit recovery course.
