Please help us celebrate the good news of acceptances for the Class of  2021!

Wellness Wednesday: Unwind and Make Memories

Happy Wellness Wednesday Red Devils!

On behalf the Sweetwater High's Counseling Department, we want to express our gratitude and appreciation  to all of our students, parents, and staff for your support and patience during this past school year.

Our Sweetwater High community have all had to adapt, change, and learn new things to adjust to distance learning. Many of us also had to be brave, display optimism, and show perseverance in the face of Covid-19. We are all so proud of you and it is our pleasure working along side you.

We hope this summer, you take the time to unwind and make fun memories as the world starts to re-open.

We look forward to seeing your in-person on July 21st.

Self-Care Tip:
Read your letter to yourself from futureme.org. What did you accomplish? What are you proud of? What will you celebrate?

Kindness Challenge:
Write a thank you letter to someone who helped you this school year.

We all need someone to talk to, someone who listens, and someone who understands. Your Sweetwater High School Counselors are here for you. We are just an email, video chat, or phone call away.

Virtual Wellness Room

Please visit our Virtual Wellness Room to take a break from your online classes. Do some breathing exercises, stretch, or play a game. It's OK to take a time out in the middle of the day for a "brain break".
