Updates from the ASB
Sports Physicals –
Saturday, July 23rd:
Please remind all Sweetwater
High School student-athletes that we will be holding free sport
physicals this Saturday in our new gymnasium from 8:00am – 10:00am. A lot
of our students will be participating in sports this year so this is a great
opportunity for them to begin the clearance process.
Female Sports Meeting –
Wednesday, July 27th:
The female sports meeting
will take place at lunchtime in the old gymnasium. Please encourage all
of your female students to attend this very important informational meeting
regarding participation in extra-curricular activities including sports.
Inter Club Counsel Meeting
– Thursday, July 28th/Tuesday, August 9th:
Our first ICC meeting will be
held on July 28, 2016 for those clubs and organizations that are eager to
request fundraising opportunities and/or activities. For those clubs not
ready to request fundraising opportunities or activities, we will have the following
ICC meeting on Tuesday, August 9, 2016. All ICC meetings are held from 3-4pm in
the ASB.
Senior Assembly – Friday,
July 29th:
Please inform and remind your
seniors about the senior assembly that will take place at lunchtime in the new
gym on Friday, July 29th. We will provide lunch for our
seniors! Please remind them that this is important that they attend this
meeting as they will receive information about all important dates pertaining
to senior events. Encourage them to attend J
