Sweetwater High School Counselors are committed to providing a comprehensive counseling and guidance program as a vehicle to assist students in acquiring and using life-long learning and self-managing skills. We are committed to implementing a proactive and preventative program which employs strategies to enhance student academic success, provide career awareness, develop employment readiness, encourage self-awareness, foster interpersonal communication skills and impart life success skills.

CARE Center October Community Health and Wellness Fair in Honor of Domestic Violence and Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Upcoming October resource fair!

The Community Health and Wellness Fair will be held at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office’s CARE Community Center in National City. The DA’s Office is collaborating with Susan G. Komen, Vamos A Chalar, Every Woman Counts, Office of Binational Border Health as well as the Binational Health Week to offer free mammograms, breast screenings, health screening and panel discussions on breast cancer and domestic violence to the surrounding communities.
