Be Well Red Devils Wellness Newsletter (September 2022)
Greetings Red Devils,
The counseling department has decided to take a slightly different approach this year when it comes to sharing health and wellness information. In years past the SUHi community received a weekly Wellness Wednesday message that was sent to all students, parents and staff. This year the counseling department will instead send out a monthly newsletter that will contain an array of information, resources, links, pictures, advice, etc. that is all related to health and wellness.Even though, our new Be Well Red Devils Newsletter will come from our counseling department, we are always open to collaborating with any group on campus who would like to contribute a wellness message, resource, or idea to the newsletter.
If you have a questions or would like to provide feedback in regard to our wellness newsletter, please feel free to email me at marco.garcia@sweetwaterschools.org.
