Sweetwater High School Counselors are committed to providing a comprehensive counseling and guidance program as a vehicle to assist students in acquiring and using life-long learning and self-managing skills. We are committed to implementing a proactive and preventative program which employs strategies to enhance student academic success, provide career awareness, develop employment readiness, encourage self-awareness, foster interpersonal communication skills and impart life success skills.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: South Bay Summer Festival on August 20th
The Youth in Action team invites you tojoin us in volunteering at the upcoming SouthBay SummerFestival! This free event includes free breakfast and lunch, a live painter, workshops, resource tables, COVID boosters, and live entertainment! Our team will be on-site tabling at the event.

Saturday, August 20th, 2022, from 10 AM-2 PM at Mar Vista Academy (1267 Thermal Ave, San Diego, CA 92154)
Volunteer opportunities are open to ages 13+
Volunteers will receive free breakfast, lunch, and community service hours!
