Greetings High School Seniors!
My name is Shelley Kuang, and I am one of the SIAPS Co-Coordinators at the Student Promoted Access Center for Education and Service (SPACES) at the University of California, San Diego. SPACES is a student-run access and retention center and provides resources, tools, and programs to help students pursue higher education.
With college application submission deadlines approaching fast, SIAPS (Student-Initiated Access Programs and Services), a component of SPACES, is hosting part one of our year-long workshop series: SIAPS Fall Workshop Series - “Falling into Place: Mapping the Road to Higher Education”.
We invite you and your parent/guardian(s) to join us at our Fall Workshop Series on Sunday, November 24, 2013, 11AM - 5PM at the Centro Cultural de la Raza! We will be revising and editing personal statements, helping you refine your application, and working on resume building!
