The Jose Rodriguez scholarship was presented by our county supervisor Mr. Gregg Cox and the director of public San Diego Libraries Mr. Jose Ocadiz on the Annual Celebration of Life honoring Jose Rodriguez, which organized every year by the Lincoln Acres Library!
