These students have DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) or TPS (Temporary Protected Status) that allows them to live and legally work in the United States.
But of the 65,000 DREAMers who graduate from high school each year, only 5-10% of them enroll in college, primarily because they receive no federal aid.
TheDream.US provides scholarships to highly qualified DREAMers to help them pay for their college education. In addition to scholarships, TheDREAM.US team advocates for their scholars and closely monitors and supports their success.
This work is anchored in data, with the goal of funding 4,000 DREAMer graduates.
