#WellnessWednesday: Let It Go

Let It Gooooooooooo, Let it Gooooooooooo….

As the year comes to an end, it’s time to let things go that are heavy and be grateful for the things that are light.



Self-Care:
Use 15 minutes to write out your thoughts about anything bothering you. Then throw away the paper.

Kindness Challenge:
High five a stranger, or two, today.

* What are Affective Statements? They are often described as personal expressions of feelings in response to others' positive or negative behaviors. Wellness Wednesday will now include affective statement stems to help connect how our behaviors are “affecting” or impacting self or others.

Please continue to encourage students to experience the Wellness Wednesday Relaxation Lounge in the Counseling Center at lunch on Wednesdays. It’s the perfect spot to de-stress and decompress. Nurse Wegener also has a relaxation space for students who need.
