May is Mental Health Month

With mental health entering more and more of our daily conversations, it’s critical that everyone has a solid foundation of knowledge about mental health.

That’s why for Mental Health Month this year, our goal is to provide foundational knowledge about mental health & mental health conditions over the next few weeks. We hope the information we share can help us all know what to do if our (or someone we know) mental health is a cause for concern.

If you are concerned about your mental health or just want to check in with yourself, take a free, confidential, and anonymous screening at www.MHAscreening.org.

We invite you to participate in our Mental Health Month Bingo to introduce mental health topics like recognizing warning signs, knowing the factors that can lead to mental health conditions, maintaining mental wellness, seeking help for mental health. drive.google.com/file/d/1dm-BwVVDtvfo1DRB26ZGm7JmqPYsVr6U/view?usp=sharing

Our weekly emails and our Instagram @SUHiCounseling during the month of May will provide the answers. Please submit your responses here: bit.ly/suhimay2022 by May 29th for a chance to win a variety of prizes!

This Mental Health Month, we've teamed up to do a virtual run and fundraise for IDONTMIND and Mental Health America. We'd love to have your support! www.classy.org/team/424055
