Wellness Wednesday: You are Brave

Happy Wellness Wednesday Red Devils!

We hope you had a wonderful Spring Break and are recharged to be the best you can be for the last quarter of our school year. 

For this Wellness Wednesday, we want to remind you that being more brave in your life will help you respond appropriately to risks and accomplish positive things in your life. But it takes work to move beyond your fears. In fact, being brave is about thinking things through, examining the risks and rewards, and acting in spite of the fear that inevitably sets in

Kindness Challenge: Send a message to a friend. tell them one of the strengths you appreciate you appreciate about them.
