Do You Get Enough Sleep?


According to the Centers for Disease Control, two thirds of teenagers suffer from chronic sleep deprivation.

Let's practice good "sleep hygiene" as we transition from a summer sleep schedule to a school sleep schedule.

Regular bedtimes are important! At least eight hours of sleep a night is ideal.
