#WellnessWednesday: Just Breathe #BeWellRedDevils


Happy Wellness Wednesday!

Stop. Breathe in deeply to give your body the oxygen it needs. Breathe out completely to rid your body and mind of stress and worry.

It only takes a few seconds to find calm in the day by breathing with intention.



Self-Care Tip:
Lay on the floor on your back with your eyes closed for five minutes (or longer) and just breathe.
Kindness Challenge:
Give sincere compliments to three people today. 
Students are encouraged to experience the Wellness Wednesday Relaxation Lounge in the Counseling Center at lunch. It’s the perfect spot to de-stress and decompress.
