Just as ripples spread out when a single pebble is dropped into water, the actions of individuals can have far-reaching effects. A few words of encouragement can go a long way.

Drink more water. The benefits are endless.

Call/text a loved one you haven’t spoken to in a while.

Please continue to encourage students to experience the Wellness Wednesday Relaxation Lounge in the Counseling Center at lunch. It’s the perfect spot to de-stress and decompress.
