Happy Wellness Wednesday Wednesday!
Wellness Wednesday is not only about mental wellness, but physical wellness too. With distance learning, it is easy to find ourselves sitting in front of a screen all day. Make sure you get up every hour to stretch and walk a bit. I try and get 200 steps in every hour during the school day during distance learning.
Remember to place equal importance into your physical wellness and mental wellness.
Self-Care Tip:Get regular exercise. 30 minutes a day is suggested. A round of basketball, a walk around the block, or a YouTube dance workout can improve your mood and reduce stress and anxiety.
