Happy Wellness Wednesday Red Devils!
The start of the school year has had us finding new and different ways to make connections with others. Being socially distant challenges us to create "new-school" and "new-fashioned" ways to make new friends and acquaintances.
Red Devils After-Dark (our after-school program) and our clubs/organizations are having virtual events, these are great opportunities to build new friendships.
Here are other great tips to stay connected but staying socially distant:

Kindness Challenge:
Hug someone special (whom you've been practicing social distancing with) and tell them how much they mean to you. You can send virtual hugs too through emojis and GIFs.
Please visit our Virtual Wellness Room to take a break from your online classes. Do some breathing exercises, stretch, or play a game. It's OK to take a time out in the middle of the day for a "brain break".
