Treat yourself like you'd treat your best friend. When you start negative self-talk, ask yourself if you’d say that same thing to your best friend. Be positive and encouraging to YOU first and foremost.

Talk to someone you don’t normally talk to. Make a phone call, send a text, or leave a message on social media. Say “hi” and let them know you were thinking about them.
