Social Security Number and Driver’s License
• Parent’s
Social Security Number (if applicable)
• Parent’s
Federal tax return from 2019
• Bank
account records, investments
• Student’s
W-2 forms, income records from 2019 and business records
• If NOT a
US Citizen, bring alien registration card(s)
• List of
colleges of interest
• Your FSA
ID for FAFSA—Apply for FSA ID at FSA ID
