Wellness Wednesday: Abundance of Gratitude

Happy Wellness Wednesday Red Devils!


November is the month of Thanksgiving. Yet in 2020, it might be difficult for some of us to find something to be thankful for. What should you do when gratitude is in short supply?

Instead of trying to talk yourself into big gratitude, try to think small. Here are some examples of what we mean:

Self-Care: Write down three nice things about yourself and post them somewhere you can see often

Kindness Challenge: Reach out to an educator (current or former) and send them a message of gratitude.
