Wellness Wednesday: Cherish the Things Important to You

Happy Wellness Wednesday!

Often on Wellness Wednesday, we talk about the inside: our thoughts and feelings. Today we are going to focus on the outside: your personal space, desk, room, and etc. We’ve probably all got stuff sitting around our house that we haven’t used in a while. It’s not harming anyone, right? While that may be true, there are benefits to getting rid of unused stuff and decluttering your house.

Decluttering your environment plays a role in decluttering your mind. Research shows that it can provide benefits to your overall well-being.

Self-Care:

Do a mini-declutter. Whether it be your bathroom counter or your office desk, tidying up will make you feel so much better.

Kindness Challenge:

Notice when you're hard on others. Be kind instead.
