Wellness Wednesday: Kindness Can Boost Your Self-Esteem

Happy Wellness Wednesday!

There's this widespread belief that you cannot love other people until you love yourself. To a certain extent, this is true, in that, when you care for yourself you are in the best position possible to care for others. 

Compassion is like a muscle that is strengthened with regular activity. Try to make it a habit to do at least one kind thing every day – however small it may be – so that you can reflect at the end of the day and feel assured that you made someone's day a bit better.
